USPAP Book for NAMA Members

The Appraisal Foundation has increased the cost of the 2008 – 2009 USPAP Document to $50.00 per copy, for all Sponsor members such as NAMA, and individual purchases.  This higher cost per book makes it “not cost viable” for NAMA to continue to provide a free copy of the USPAP Document to each member at the current dues rate of $180.00 per year.

The Appraisal Foundation, who owns the rights to the USPAP Book, has actually combined three of their publications within the one published USPAP this year…this is why the cost has gone up.  Members will have to contact The Appraisal Foundation directly for a copy of the USPAP Document.

NAMA was the last appraisal organization to continue to provide a copy of the USPAP Document complimentary to their members each year.  We regret that the prohibitive costs by The Appraisal Foundation we will not allow us to continue this membership benefit.
